Commitments of Kathya Puech Traduction
Kathya Puech Traduction, in the person of Kathya Puech, commits itself to provide the prospect with a free quote and to accomplish the service described on the quote in the period given to the client.
No complaint will be taken into consideration beyond one month after the delivery of the project. Every complaint will be limited to the amount of the invoice. Kathya Puech will keep a copy of the document(s) until the invoice is completely paid.
If the translation project is cancelled after Kathya Puech begins to work on it, she will be paid for the work accomplished before the cancellation.
If the client isn’t satisfied with the work of Kathya Puech, this last person will be given the chance to correct her work before payment terms or rates are changed.
The privacy of the documents given for a quote or a project will be respected. The document won’t be divulged neither partially, nor totally to a third party, excluding collaboration with a subcontractor, previously agreed by the customer, or the presence of a trainee, apprentice or employee within the company.
Potential leaks concerning the client’s document coming from a hacking beyond the control of the business Kathya Puech Traduction won’t be regarded as the responsibility of this business.
Commitments of the client
The client commits himself to pay the totality of the amount of the invoice given by Kathya Puech Traduction within the agreed period : 1 month from the date of issue of the invoice. In case of exceeding the deadline, the client commits himself to pay late fees of 20% additionally to the amount of the invoice (20% per week of delay).
